JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP – The players returning the 8 lowest scratch scores from the Junior Championship Qualifying round qualify for the Championship. A tie for the last place or places will be decided by the lowest score over the inward half or otherwise as the Competition & Handicap Committee may determine.

All Hole & Hole and Summer Foursomes ties must be played from the tee of the day.

The best nett three scores from all Junior Medals throughout the season.

A junior member achieving a handicap of 10 or under and who is over 15 years of age may play in Senior Medals but must not play with another junior member. They may participate in the optional sweeps but are not entitled to win trophies or prizes. A junior member whose 18th birthday falls between the dates 2 October and 1 April must play in the gentlemen’s hole & hole and medal competitions instead of the junior competitions. If they are 17 years of age prior to 1 January however they are still eligible to play in junior matches if selected. All Medals and Junior Championship ties only will be played from the Medal tees. Junior members should watch the Junior notice board for information. All queries should be addressed to the Junior Convener. Junior members must vacate the Clubhouse by 10.00pm.

Juniors may only play over the course until 6.00pm on any day unless accompanied by a full adult member.
