accompanied with a buttered roll

Chicken, Cranberry & Stilton Terrine

Chicken breast fillet, fresh cranberries & English Stilton

set terrine, caramelised walnuts & crisp salad garnish

Seafood Tartlet with Lemon Tarragon

Salmon, king prawns, mussels, cod napped with lemon

Tarragon sauce, topped with Emmental cheese

Roast Breast of Lothian Turkey

scented with fresh sage, served with cocktail sausages,

sage & onion stuffing and rich turkey gravy

6oz Rib-Eye Steak with Glayva

Char-grilled Scottish rib-eye steak, cooked to

your liking with rich glayva shallot sauce

Char-Seared Lamb Rump Steak

set over celeriac & braised cabbage, with

a rich Madeira wine sauce,

fresh asparagus, napped white wine tarragon sauce

Red Pimento Pepper & Plum Tomato Soup

Ripe red peppers, juicy plum tomatoes, chili & garlic croutons, crème fraiche, served with petit pain & butter

Chicken, Chestnut Mushroom, Somerset Brie Terrine

Creamy brie, mushroom & chicken terrine, set on red onion,

port & cranberry compote, toasted tiger bread
