Unfortunately once again we have reached that time of year when the grass begins to seed, which does have an impact on the roll of the ball on the greens, although as always, at this time, we are lightly verti-cutting and using the groomer units on the greens machines to remove as much of the seed heads as possible.

Some of you may have noticed barrels on the course and the 1st, 6th and 14th.  These will soon be filled with a divot mix and we would like to encourage members to use this mixture for filling in fairway divots around the golf course.  These have been kindly donated  by member, David Smith.

The ladies tee at 9 is now on the top tee.  The gents white medal tee on the 9th is now situated at the rear of the lower tee, with a view to a permanent move depending on ladies/gents feedback.
