Although the weather still remains unsettled, the slight improvement in the weather has enabled medical buggies to be brought back into use from 24th February.

Due to an increasing wet patch on the fairway just short of the first green (to the left),  it was necessary for us to do an exploratory dig to ascertain if a burst field drain was the cause.  This was found to be the case, therefore  we are fixing the burst pipes and rodding and jetting the drain to clear the obstruction.  This unfortunately is leaving some debris on the surface whilst this task is being undertaken, but it is clearly marked with red and white tape and G.U.R signs in place, so can members please take the appropriate measures whilst in this area.  Thank you.
